How To Score Free Pizza From Pizza Hut — Forever

There is nothing more important than free pizza. I repeat, there is nothing more important than free pizza. And right now, it seems giving out free pies is trending. Joining many of its competitors, Pizza Hut has finally launched a rewards program for its loyal customers.

It’s about damn time! The loyalty program, called “Hut Rewards,” is a point redemption system, much like many other companies have in place. Once you accrue enough points, you can redeem them for a medium or large pizza.

Hut Rewards is even more simple than the chain’s pizza-ordering shoes: For every $1 spent, you receive two points. Once you reach 200 points (a.k.a spend $100) you can order a medium pizza of your choice on the house. Plus, being a loyalty member gives you access to other perks like exclusive deals and birthday freebies.

Chief Brand and Concept Officer Jeff Fox said in a statement that Pizza Hut noticed some flaws in other competitors reward programs: “As a brand with a belief that ‘No One Out-Pizzas the Hut,’ we recognized the need to create a first-of-its-kind program, specifically an unlimited points program that rewards every dollar.” Does this mean our points never expire? We could get used to that.

“Hut Rewards” went live on August 1 and, in celebration, any purchases made from August 10 through October 1 will receive double the points. That means you only have to spend $50 to get a free pizza. Imagine… unlimited Mac ‘N’ Cheese Stuffed Crust pizza.

We predict a lot of potential for free pizza in our futures.
