Starbucks Is Giving Out 1,000 Gift Cards Tonight

If you’re a coffee lover in the Houston, Texas area, you might be able to snag yourself an early Christmas gift courtesy of Starbucks. As part of its “Give Good” project, a Starbucks location in Houston is giving out 1,000 $20 gift cards tonight (Dec. 18).

According to a release from the coffee chain itself, Starbucks is giving out gift cards at locations all around the country. Project Give Good officially started off on Dec. 4, and the company’s intention is give out $1 million worth of gift cards throughout the entire month of December. In addition to that, Starbucks will also grant instant Gold status in Starbucks Rewards to anyone who makes a purchase using their mobile app or a registered Starbucks Card.

The group will take on Houston this afternoon at 5 p.m. at the Discovery Green to hand out gift cards at the ice rink.
