All Domino’s Pizzas Are Half-Priced This Week

Moove over Chick-fil-A, the world of cow appreciation just got a little bit bigger. As of Monday July 10, Domino’s joined the very short list of companies giving thanks to the four-legged creatures that helped build entire food empires.

For one week only, (through July 16) Domino’s is offering half-off of every menu-priced pizza when you order via one of its many digital ordering platforms. For most pizza delivery companies, that just means ordering on the brand’s site, or through an app. But with Domino’s, that means you can order using Facebook Messenger, by texting, tweeting, using your smart watch, and even sending pizza emojis.

The marked down prices make a medium one-topping pizza ($5.49) almost as cheap as a Starbucks Frappuccino. Ranging from about $6 to $9, all of the deals are undeniably worthwhile. After all, large specialty pizzas usually go for around $17 and they’re only $8.50 this week.

Why did this new found love of cows pop up all of sudden? According to a press release, it didn’t. You can’t have cheese pizza without cheese.

“At Domino’s we’re big fans of cows and dairy farmers,” a spokesperson for Domino’s explained. “Without them, we wouldn’t be able to offer all of the cheeses from mozzarella to Parmesan, feta to provolone, American to Asiago that we lovingly put on our pizzas day-in and day-out.”

We guess cows are cool, but we’re just here for the cheap pizza.
