Frozen Strawberry Mojitos

We prefer muddling mint instead of blending it with the fruit. It only needs a couple presses to release it’s flavor, and as a bonus you don’t get mint stuck in your teeth!

Ingredients
1/2 c.
fresh lime juice (about 4 to 6 limes)
1/4 c.
honey
1/3 c.
fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
1/2 c.
light rum
5 c.
frozen strawberries
Paper umbrellas, for garnish
Lime rounds, for garnish
Directions
  1. Divide lime juice, honey, and mint evenly between 4 glasses. Use the back of a wooden spoon to muddle mint with honey and lime juice.
  2. Into a blender, combine strawberries and rum and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses, stir slightly, and garnish with umbrella and lime round. Serve.
