finely grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp.
fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp.
fresh oregano
1 tsp.
minced garlic
1/4 tsp.
salt
tsp.
fresh-ground pepper
1/2 c.
extra-virgin olive oil
8 c.
romaine lettuce
Directions
  1. Whisk together the cheese, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Add the oil slowly, while whisking, until blended.
  2. Drizzle the dressing over the lettuce, toss, and serve immediately.
