Ingredients
1 lb.
fresh mozzarella
4 large or 6 medium ripe tomatoes, sliced

bunch basil, stems removed and discarded
Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
Flaky sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
  1. On a large plate or platter, layer mozzarella and tomato slices in an alternating pattern. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
