Ingredients
For the Cheeseball
16 oz.
cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 c.
shredded Cheddar
1 c.
shredded mozzarella
1/2 c.
chopped dill pickles
1 tbsp.
finely chopped dill
1 tbsp.
pickle juice
1/2 tsp.
garlic powder
1/2 tsp.
paprika
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
For the Coating

slices bacon, cooked and finely chopped
1/2 c.
shredded Cheddar
2 tbsp.
finely chopped dill
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, pickles, dill, pickle juice, garlic powder and paprika until combined, then season with salt and pepper. Form mixture into one large ball.
  2. Make coating: In a shallow bowl or plate, mix together bacon, cheddar and dill.
  3. Roll cheeseball in the mixture until fully coated and serve.
